Sex Coaching takes a look forward; it examines where the client is now and where they want to go in this area of their life. Whereas Sex Therapy examines deeper psychological issues from the past to bring the person to wholeness in the present. So in other words, Intimacy Education and Sex Coaching aren't Sex Therapy.

For a vast majority of people, having a safe space to ask intimate questions, address concerns they're having or just simply wanting to enhance their sex life and sexual skills is all they need to open up to a more satisfying sex life. What people may be unaware of, education or coaching, can take place in a class setting, a lecture or during one-on-one client sessions; whatever provides the client with the most comfort.

In general, private intimacy education or sex coaching occurs over a a series of sessions. Most series range from 4 to 8 sessions because this is a short term process dealing with present issues.

Intimacy Education & Coaching focus on the present; looking at what’s not in alignment or in balance now.
